Freezpen - precise cryotherapy that removes benign skin lesions. No/little pain during treatment, just a slight "sting" at the moment and the treatment is done in a few seconds. Right after the treatment, the area may feel slightly tender, and a small blister may appear. Do not pick at this, let it dry out and be left alone to avoid scarring. The treatment itself usually does not cause scarring. The treated area will eventually darken and form a scab. This may last for a few days/weeks. When the scab falls off, there will be new pink skin, which will take a few weeks/months to normalize. Deeper lesions may require multiple treatments. A medical certificate stating that the area can be treated must be brought before the treatment can be carried out if there are moles or lesions that are not completely normal pigmented spots.
